www.worldvideo.ca is property of Bright Motion, registered in the province of Ontario, Canada.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Bright Motion from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the products made by Bright Motion and sold through www.worldvideo.ca.
You agree to bring any claims against Bright Motion exclusively in the provincial court of the province of Ontario, Canada.
Bright Motion reserves the right to adjust prices when necessary without notice.
The prices for orders delivered in the province of Ontario are calculated as follows: $32.36 + PST8% = $34.95 for up to two hour transfer; $46.25 + PST8% = $49.95 for two to four hour transfer; $23.10 + PST8% = $24.95 for audio cassette transfer.
Bright Motion retains the rights to change final product design, media usage and shipping.
Bright Motion is liable for the damage to the media sent for the transfer from the moment the customer’s media has been delivered to Bright Motion and until the customer’s media has left Bright Motion in value equivalent to the cost of new media. Bright Motion is not liable for the damage done to the customer’s media after it has left Bright Motion. Orders delivered by Xpresspost, Canada Post are insured at $100.00 per package. Please refer to Canada Post for more information on Terms and Conditions of shipping.
Bright Motion does not process video materials containing child porn and depicting criminal activity. All such materials will be sent back at sender’s expense, or other measures might be taken upon legal advice.
By placing the order you represent that you have the right to use and reproduce the video you are submitting for conversion, and that its content is not in violation of the law of Canada or any other country involved. You may not reproduce copyrighted materials without expressed written permission from the copyright holder.
Bright Motion does not process video materials containing explicit copyright warnings unless necessary credentials are provided by the copyright holder or his/her/its representative. In case necessary credentials could not be provided, Bright Motion retains the right to return such materials at sender’s expense.
This site and all contents of this site or any linked sites are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of this site, that your use of this site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that Bright Motion not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.
