Five Reasons Why Transfer Videos to DVD
1. Getting rid of VHS tapes.VHS tapes are bulky. They claim too much space on your shelves. Tape’s life expectancy is nothing close to one of a disk. Video rentals no longer carry tapes. Why keeping the tapes? Pick your favourite ones and get them transferred to DVD’s.
2. Can’t watch overseas video?Different countries maintain different standards. Just like many people don’t speak more than one language, so can’t regular VCR’s play back tapes of more than one standard.
Get your overseas videos transferred to DVD and watchable in North America.

If you have been keeping all these cute small camcorder tapes until now, it’s about time to get them processed into watchable DVD format. No more hassle connecting your camcorder to TV set, no more cables, no power bars, no cassette adapters. Get your friends and family around your home theater, put the DVD in and enjoy that nostalgic trip to the past.
4. The VCR broke on you?Sorry. But do you really want to pay for repair or to buy a new one? Invest into a DVD player and get your tapes converted into DVD’s. Easy and convenient!
5. Last, but no least, go digital! The whole world is becoming fully digital. Cameras, cell phones, computers - everybody and everything is going digital. It’s 21st Century after all!
There is more and more videos being watched online. Be sure to have the best web hosting support to post videos on your website, blog or email.

Learn how we make your video look good on DVD:
- Each cassette is subject to visual control to assure the shell and the tape are both intact.
- Hi-Fi brand name VCR’s provide strong and stable signal.
- If the tape was recorded in overseas standard PAL or SECAM and needs to be converted to North American standard NTSC, the video signal goes through digital standard converter; learn more about video standards.
- After the signal has left digital standard converter, we send it through time-base corrector (TBC) to bring it up to video industry requirements; learn more about TBC.
- Corrected signal goes to analog/digital video device, and then into computer for DVD authoring and burning.
This five step process assures the final DVD looks as good as your videotape.
As for the disk cover art work, we suggest you to use professional printing services, capable of producing fine quality prints, including full colour postcards.
